We use a good quality white grogged clay and fire our tiles to earthenware to maximise the colour of the oxide and underglazes.

 

Each stage of our tile making process is hand crafted. The clay is hand rolled, embellished, hand cut and is then dried slowly to avoid warping and cracking. Once fired each tile is hand decorated and glazed. Although designs can be reproduced, this intricate and complex process makes each tile an original and unique object.

We produce tiles in two sizes.

Large tiles are 15 x 15 cm and Small tiles are 10 x 10 cm.

Tiles are available to buy individually either with a hook on the back for wall hanging or in a floating tile frame.
